Eagle Archery does not accept returns except in the following situations:

• You received a product you did not order
• One or more of your products were damaged in transit
• You received a product that is faulty

In any of these instances you must email us within 24 hours of receiving your order and alert us to the situation. No product returns will be accepted unless it is accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In the case of product damaged in transit, please save all packaging!
